Shawn Michael Cannon Jr., lovingly known as Lil Shawn, brought light, laughter, kindness, and joy into every room he entered. Today, his story lives on through a mission to protect children, raise awareness for sudden cardiac arrest, and help families access lifesaving heart health resources.
Through youth heart health education, CPR and AED awareness, free heart screenings, and community support, we are carrying Lil Shawn’s legacy forward and helping protect young hearts in his name.
Lil Shawn was kind, funny, thoughtful, and full of life. He loved superheroes, baseball, bowling, spaghetti, In-N-Out cheeseburgers, and making people smile. His laugh, quick wit, and generous heart left a lasting impact on everyone who knew him.
Today, his family is turning love into action by raising awareness, supporting youth heart screenings, and helping protect children through CPR, AED training, and lifesaving resources.
Lil Shawn’s story is the reason this mission exists. Sudden cardiac arrest can happen without warning, which is why awareness, early heart screenings, CPR education, and access to AEDs are so important for families, schools, teams, and community spaces.
By helping more people understand the importance of youth heart health and lifesaving resources, Living4LilShawn carries his legacy forward with love, purpose, and action.
Every donation helps Living4LilShawn carry Lil Shawn’s legacy forward by raising awareness, supporting youth heart screenings, promoting CPR and AED education, and helping more families, schools, teams, and community spaces access lifesaving resources. When sudden cardiac arrest happens, every second matters — and having people trained, informed, and prepared can make all the difference.
